Human Resource Information System development (2007-2008)
My client "Standard Group Ltd.”, wanted a fully operational human resource management system to be developed for their 55 thousands employee in their factories which where located in different locations in Bangladesh.
I have done the conceptual database design (ERD & DFD), which was later implemented in Oracle and dotnet platform.
Road mapping of Technology and Business for strategy/sales/proposals/migration.
Later I have implemented the project and lead the project implementation phase as well.
I was the in charge of that project for 2-year period.
The HRIS system helped my client company to manage their employee data and it helped them improve the evaluation process of the employees, which was very much on manual processing before the project was implemented.
Finding the lack of processes for the whole operation in Dhaka and also analyzing the requirements generated by HR teams.
It made the industry to work on stable conditions and improve their administrative performances as a whole.
I also work closely with ICT service providers, as i believe that business alignment is best realized by combining services and management.
In addition, i utilized the expertise of domain specialists as a part of our service portfolio and collaborate with different organizations and associations to develop the ICT field.
Maintain and track the quality issues when a project is finished.
Preparing and setting up a training environment.
