Founded as a startup company at Bangladesh in 2013, Scriptask's services are designed not only for global corporates and SME companies but also for local SME’s and public sector institutions. I started there as
CEO.
At Scriptask, we maintain ICT standards for quality assurance, development and management services when delivering our products.
Being a member of the conglomerate of OutPace Group in Bangladesh, our association and experience through them is helping us to cope with the rapidly changing scenario and meet customers’ demands promptly.
Road mapping of Technology and Business for strategy/sales/proposals/migration.
We had different teams there. I was resposible for Talent acquisition, retention & development.
As CEO i had to oversee the Dhaka office interms of software development team setup, Customer Care/support Team setup and Software Testing Team setup.
I had to negotiate with the Clients about the daily progress.
Finding the lack of processes for the whole operation in Dhaka and also analyzing the requirements generated by the sales and marketing team which are located in Europe especially in Finland and USA.
Setting up a Customer Care environment from scratch. Defined the development processes to the Customer Care operators.
I also work closely with ICT service providers, as i believe that business alignment is best realized by combining services and management.
In addition, i utilized the expertise of domain specialists as a part of our service portfolio and collaborate with different organizations and associations to develop the ICT field.
Maintain and track the quality issues when a project is finished.
Preparing and setting up a training environment.
Defining the best match for international project team members while delivering a particular project within a deadline.
My goal was to know exactly what customers’ need and find out the best possible solutions available. The better we know the solutions, the better we are able to provide added value to our customers. For this reason i was very much interested to work in close co-operation with mainstream technology companies.
