In the year of 2013, I took the opportunity to work in the local industry OutPace Group in Dhaka, Bangladesh for ERP solution development.
Road mapping of Technology and Business for strategy/sales/proposals/migration.
It was spinning factories that was in need for various ERP solutions including inventory management, accounting management, production management, administration and policy management systems.
As Consultant i had to oversee the ERP software development team setup, Customer Care/support Team setup and Software Testing Team setup.
I had to negotiate with the Clients about the daily progress.
I was appointed as a consultant project manager with the responsibility of usability testing, implementation and system training.
In addition, I have developed their application functional test strategy and implementation strategy accordingly.
Maintain and track the quality issues when a product is being developed.
